You will be absolutely amazed at the visual impact that lighting can have on your home and landscape! We begin by looking at each property as a blank canvas, and then use our vast experience, creativity and imagination, using light as our tool to make your house look spectacular. The master designers of IMS will first look at the architectural features of your home, surrounding trees and plantings, statuary’s, hardscapes, textures, and any other prominent elements that are important to you. We will then develop a customized plan that will showoff your home and property in the best possible light.

Common responses from our clients have been, “Wow, I can’t believe I live here!” and, “I love my home!” and, “I can’t believe this is my house.” They are the envy of the neighborhood.

IMS is a member of the AOLP (Association of Outdoor Lighting Professionals). The teams credentials include graduation from The Lighting Institute of Technology where we were awarded the rank of CLLI (Certified Landscape Lighting Installer). IMS is one of the very few companies in the Tri-State area earning this distinction. We are graduates of the Advanced Training Unique University certifying an advanced level of education on proper lighting design and installation techniques. We have also successfully completed CAST Landscape Lighting Training qualifying us for lighting design, wiring techniques, fixture installation, transformer set-up, and system maintenance.

The designers and installers of IMS know the importance of keeping abreast of industry standards and state-of-the-art lighting strategies in order to provide the best lighting systems possible. We have installed beautiful lighting systems using both halogen and LED lighting over the years. LED lighting is rapidly becoming the preferred technology due to a 75% decrease in energy costs. Many LED bulbs have a ten to fifteen year warranty allowing for decreased cost in maintenance and less waste. This is both good for your wallet and good for the environment.
